I've got one In the Sheikh's Marriage Bed, and the rest are all comparatively non-cracky sounding, but in my trawl for possibilities yesterday, I came across the inspirational romance Stand-In Rancher Daddy, which... may not be attracting the audience they're ostensibly going for.
And you can! (At least if your device is wifi only--though I think most libraries only do their digital loans over wireless connections anyway.) The loans still expire so the books still get "returned" to the library for someone else to check them out, no harm, no foul, but they won't disappear off your device until you turn the wifi back on. It's one of my favorite loopholes ever.
