I tend to prefer post-Ragnarok, non-IW/EG-compliant settings for this, but basically anything not featuring Thanos's intervention is fine.
+ Space adventures! Adventures with hurt/comfort! Adventures with the three of them each having to contribute something useful to the cause, with the necessary teamwork and cooperation bringing them closer together! (Stranding them on an alien planet or in some other isolated scenario is always welcome.)
+ Various kinds of forced proximity, from "made them do it" to "necessary soulbonding" to "arranged marriage": Ritual sex, ritual soulbonding, ritual sex that leads to soulbonding. One of them has to have unwanted ritual sex with someone else/multiple someones, and the others have more feelings about it than they want to. They have to get married for morale or for some technical reason--to save Val or Loki from some reprisal based on their pasts?
+ One of them is dealing with something supernatural--seeing ghosts, an eldritch space abomination, grave and dark magic, etc.--and needs help from the others. Are they already together? Is this something that helps get them together? Helps them realize/develop feelings?
+ Time travel: Loki time travels back to the old days of Asgard and runs into a younger Heimdall and Valkyrie, who don’t know him. / Heimdall and Loki travel back in time and run into a younger Valkyrie. / Any of them travel back in time within the timeline of the movies and encounter pre-Ragnarok Loki, either pre- or post-Thor 1. How do they make sense of these past versions of each other? Are there any surprises? Is anyone running into a past version of themselves, and if so, how do they feel about it? Does a relationship actually happen between characters in different timelines?
+ I’m really interested in the different walls that have to come down here and the different allowances that have to be made--and the nuances in those, for that matter: Heimdall has up-close and personal experience with the fallout of Loki’s past actions, while Val doesn’t… but he also seems more willing to cast those aside (“Welcome home” <3). Val has less immediate knowledge but more wariness. And how do she and Heimdall feel about each other? Were they ever on Asgard at the same time? If so, does Val not like that Heimdall stayed and kept Asgard’s secrets? Does he not like that she left?
+ Slice-of-life get-togethers: I'd love to just watch their feelings change as they deal with ordinary life, too. I've prompted some possible catalysts, but I also just love emotionally realistic and "quieter" stories that give their feelings time to change and also gives them space to evolve as individual characters.

10k fic
Fandom-specific DNW: Endgame/Agents of SHIELD canon.
+ I'd love to see the Earth get hit by a serious crisis that Changes Everything. Apocalypse? Alien invasion? The Snap, but in the 1940s? I love when severely altered circumstances let people grow closer--romantically or platonically--than they might have before, especially when it seems like the ordinary "rules" of interaction are suspended. Post-apocalyptic cuddling because everyone's too exhausted and skittish to sleep apart, and they have to keep warm somehow? Social norms collapsing until it's easier to make the initial leap to an OT3? Kindness and tenderness in dark situations? Yes, please.
+ I loved the Classic Hollywood/hardboiled vibe of S2, and it made me want to see them as PIs. Maybe there's a lull between SSR and SHIELD, and Peggy, Jack, and Daniel found a private eye business in the meantime? What is it like for them to work together when they're only accountable to themselves and they don't have the backup or resources of the rest of the SSR? I'd be equally happy with comedic or more serious takes on this. Maybe it's just the uphill struggle of having to deal with endless divorce and insurance cases coupled with sexy OT3 banter, or maybe they end up in a hardboiled plot where they're unraveling a massive conspiracy? And what kind of work keeps the lights on and gets everyone paid? I can easily see Peggy being irritated by the necessity of doing some of the less exciting, less important work that's nonetheless necessary to keeping them in business, and that could lead to a lot of crankiness and fun, especially if she's clashing about it with Jack and Daniel.
+ One or all of them start getting superpowers that are useful but potentially painful to use, and if too many people notice, it could also be catastrophic, so they all have to help cover it up...
+ Captivity/taken hostage together/stranded together situations are catnip for me and go so well with this ship/friendship. Any kind of forced proximity and high stakes, really. Bad Guys Made Them Do It? or trap them in a car in the middle of a blizzard, stick them in an abandoned location, have them held and tortured (with one or more being tortured to get information out of another/others?), have them gradually become crucial to each other's universe to the point where they initially have trouble being separated when they're rescued…
+ What if Peggy had never tried to remake herself as the compliant daughter, and she had instead disguised herself to join the war as a soldier? Does she serve with Daniel and/or Jack, and do they help her keep her secret? How do they find out, and what's it like when they do? Do they get close to her before they find out she's a woman? What does she do after the war?
+ Totally optional Buffyverse fusion/AU: Peggy the Vampire Slayer! Maybe she'd been told that she was a Slayer, but she'd tried to resist the call and just get married instead, but then Michael's death made her get in the game and start slaying Nazi vampires. Did Daniel or Jack get assigned to be her Watcher once she made it to the States? Did both of them get assigned, since the Council correctly estimated she'd be hard to manage? I'd love to see them get pulled, Giles-like, into being completely on her side in defiance of the Council. Or maybe one of them is a vampire with a soul? Some kind of magic user? An ordinary guy damsel in distress who gets dragged into all this involuntarily but winds up sticking around?
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Group: Cordelia Chase/Buffy Summers
10k fic
I tend to think about this happening mostly in S1-S3, when they're both on the show, but I'm also totally fine with divergences that either keep Cordy around for longer or cross BTVS over with ATS.
+ Body-swapping: So much delicious potential here, especially if this is still set in high school and each has to impersonate the other to the other's families and to teachers, friends not in the know, etc. The need to keep up appearances here is so iddy for me. They'd have to spend so much time in each other's lives, in each other's bedrooms, etc., getting a better picture of each other. And do Buffy's Slayer skills stay with her body or go with her into Cordy's? What kind of complications might this cause with bad guys, etc.? And, of course, they're in each other's bodies, so there's so much scorching hot and morally dubious potential for masturbating in someone else's body, body appreciation, trippy sex…
+ Vampires (or supernatural/genre villain of your choice) mistake Cordy for Buffy's girlfriend and kidnap her for leverage? Maybe Buffy rescues her fairly quickly, but this puts an idea in their heads… Or maybe they're both kidnapped together--maybe the antagonists need Buffy to do something (or not do something)--and then you have a glorious h/c and "held captive together" setup, and built-in conflict where Cordy kind of blames Buffy for this but at the same time can't help noticing that Buffy's trying to protect her?
+ Groundhog Day loop where they're the only ones involved: They can obviously bring in the rest of the Scooby Gang for help, but if it goes on long enough, they're the only ones who can understand all their frustrations and suffering. And eventually, they start pushing boundaries, alone or together--I'm fine with them sleeping with other people during this; they're both Little Black Dresses for me--and things get risky and weird and intimate…
+ Similarly, any other kind of supernatural situation that they're in together. They travel in time, to the past or future. They slip into an alternate dimension, like the Wishverse--is it horrifying, appealing? Do they have counterparts there, and do those counterparts help trigger some kind of realization? They accidentally wind up soulbonded?
+ Homophobia-free/lower-homophobia AU where they can get married: I love a lot of possibilities here, especially with the additional wrinkle of them only being eighteen or so, so it seems like a weird/bad idea for other reasons and falls into the weird gray zone of "technically allowable but socially unusual." I especially like this when the marriage has to come before the feelings are at least fully solidified, and it's a catalyst rather than a conclusion. Maybe the Watcher's Council demands Buffy marry someone else, or Cordy's parents put pressure on her to make some lucrative but deeply unappealing match that would bail them out financially? Then they get married to bail the endangered one out of trouble. Or with "Graduation Day" or something else on the horizon, they hastily/impulsively get married and then don't die? Anything along these lines is great.

Group: James "Bucky" Barnes/Sam Wilson/Helmut Zemo
10k fic OR 2 x 5k Fics at Author's Discretion
I'm okay with whatever means you want to use to get this team-up happening: maybe Zemo's paroled to Sam and Bucky's custody (with or without some kind of tracker/exploding collar that will kill him if need be), maybe he's escaped/they've broken him out again For Some Reason, etc.
Fandom-specific DNW: Absolute, loathing/unconflicted antipathy in Sam & Bucky & Zemo or Sam/Bucky/Zemo; I like there to be some kind of reluctant caring involved, even if Bucky and Sam are deeply ambivalent about it or Zemo is still potentially prepared to treat them as pawns, etc.
+ I'd love to see them going up against some really weird, non-Flag Smasher problems. Maybe undoing the Snap caused weird ripple effects throughout the universe, and all kinds of mini eldritch horrors are manifesting everywhere? Maybe they're starting to suspect that they're in some kind of false reality or that reality itself has been tampered with?
+ A subset of that: anything that plunges them all into somebody's background. They have to solve some kind of elaborate Southern Gothic problem in Sam's neck of the woods, dealing with people from his childhood, or have to take the Paul & Darlene out for some lengthy sea adventure? Sarah and the kids are endangered, and Sam, Bucky, and Zemo have to make sure they're safe? They all accidentally travel back in time to 1930s Brooklyn? Sokovia has been dissolved into other countries, but suddenly it's somehow a ghost territory full of phantom spirits and buildings destroyed in war, and they have to figure out what the hell's going on?
+ Bucky has to pretend to be the Winter Soldier again. This time, Zemo has more complicated and less amused feelings about it. Maybe this has to go on for a while, and so eventually Sam and Zemo convince Bucky to coach them so they can take turns playing a Winter Soldier, if not the Winter Soldier. (I will go along with whatever reason you want for people not recognizing Sam--maybe they have advanced face-changing technology or stage makeup. Maybe everyone thinks he's the Smiling Tiger. Etc.) I'd just love to see the three of them potentially rotating through this role, all having different and weird reactions to it--while also running afoul of trouble?
+ They're stranded in an inhospitable environment/taken captive together/lost on an alien planet/soulbonded/etc.--anything with a lot of potential for forced proximity and hurt/comfort. I am so easy to please on this.
+ It turns out someone is doing terrible experiments with or otherwise abusing the prisoners on the Raft, and Sam and Bucky reluctantly have to break Zemo out again and try to shut everything down. I just love the idea of "this has to stop, but also in particular we have to get this one guy out; we're taking our villain and leaving."
+ AU where the GRC is even worse and more controlling, making everything dystopian and/or chaotic. If they're going to try to do any good, they're going to have to go on the run and deal with being constantly hunted while they exist in the cracks of society. (And if someone did catch them, it might lead to terrible experiments or hideously cruel punishments?) I'd love to see Sam's practical idealism and heroism under these conditions, in particular, because he'd have even more of an impact then and be even more necessary.
+ Additional random hurt/comfort prompts: One of them is doused with some kind of temporary super-soldier-adjacent drug that makes you reckless or kills off all sense of pain? Sex pollen, affecting one/two/all of them? Captured and tortured? Captured and nonconned? Forced to accept torture or rape for food/medical care for someone else?
+ Amnesia and relationships: They all wake up with amnesia, and for some reason of your choice, assume that they're all together. By the time they figure out the truth and/or get their memories back, things have gotten weird. Or they're in a somewhat more settled relationship--friendship, established if wary allies, romance, It's Complicated--and then one of them loses the last few years of his memory and has no idea how they ended up like this.

This is really a case of "I love everyone in this bar," so feel free to include anyone else from the ensemble. I'm fine with any and all background ships and platonic relationships.
+ Some of my favorite episodes are where the 4077--or any subsection of them--has to deal with some kind of high-stress, pressure-cooker situation, like being short on supplies, in the middle of horrible weather, hit with ceaseless casualties, etc. Anything like that would be a total delight. If it's a subsection of characters, there's also always the option of stranding them somewhere, including behind enemy lines. I love the way the characters tend to rise to the occasion for each other and their patients, so I'd love to see them trying hard to stay calm for each other, comfort each other, etc. Do they wind up having to "hurry up and wait" in a kind of stalled terror, trying to play games or talk to keep each other from going crazy? "Comrades in Arms"-style impulsive hook ups where they then have to figure out how to deal with it? Probably doing so very badly at first?
+ I also always love anything with hurt/comfort, physical or emotional. Overwhelm them, exhaust them, get them sick, inflict loss on them, whump them, etc., and I will adore it. Is the whole camp felled by the flu again, like in "Carry On, Hawkeye"? I love scenarios where people have to keep on slogging on even though they're sick and exhausted. Is one of them hurt and in a vulnerable situation, like Hawkeye's temporary blindness? I love it when a character gets hit hard by an ailment or injury that could be innocuous or only mildly annoying to someone else but is a huge deal to them for some particular reason.
+ One of them gets amnesia, and one/any/all of the other characters have to help them deal with it and get their memories back? (There can just be a travel shutdown preventing them from being evacuated to a real hospital or you can just handwave why they're being treated at the 4077 if it goes on for a longer period of time. I'll go with it.) I like characters being surprised/bemused/disturbed by news of their past actions, and I also love it whenever people without their memories react differently to things than the people around them. And tonal shifts are great, too--if everyone's initially sure that the amnesia will pass quickly, I can see there being some light good-natured pranking/misleading the person going on, even just to cope with the worry, and then things gradually getting more serious.
+ I'm always interested in what happens to everyone after the war. How do they deal with being home? Do they struggle with any degree of PTSD? What's it like to spend so much--and such intense--time with a group of people and then be separated from them? (I'd prefer it if they kept in touch and didn't all completely drift apart, but "learning to deal with long-distance friendships" and ongoing strings of visits are great.) I'd love to see a reunion--or a collection of several reunions over the years--since we know BJ and Peg have a talent for putting together those kinds of parties; I'd be happy to just see the characters having a long night together, getting drunk and reminiscing and talking about their new lives and having unexpected moments with each other.
+ War photographer/journalist AU. I love the idea of these characters as war photojournalists--they're seeing all the same bloody aftermath (and possibly far more action) but their responsibility towards it has shifted, and they're supposed to document and bear witness rather than interfere and heal. Can they stop themselves from getting actively involved? How does the violence they see wear on them? How do they feel about their supposed need to stay uninvolved? What's it like when some of them are cooped up together in some dangerous situation, stuck waiting it out in a combination of boredom and terror?
